Why We’re Here
As a single girl living alone, I always wanted to treat myself but always felt wasteful buying huge loaves/batches of treats that would inevitably go bad before I finished them. With A Little Kneady I set out to create the perfect bite sized treats, so you can have a little bit of everything and not waste anything.
Being health concious as well all our treats are made without refined sugars, seed oils, or heavy creams/butters.
Sourdough is also such an art. It gives everything an additional depth of flavor and, (sorry to use this word), moistness. The perfect vehicle for experimenting. As such a fun creative outlet I’ll make new flavor boxes monthly, mainly for you but also for fun.
